Neural Network Baseclass
------------------------

This is the parent class to all neural networks.
The :class:`NeuralNetwork` is an abstract baseclass and a subclass of :class:`torch.nn.Module`.

The documentation in the :class:`NeuralNetwork` class may be inherited from PyTorch docstrings.
